Idaho Rock Hounders
Welome rock hounders, collectors, crafters and those that just like rocks. Idaho has many different gemstones available and it is my hope to help you in your hobby. Rock hounders come from all walks of life and ages (from young children to our most senior seniors).
There are many local clubs that you can join and support that are devoted to rock hounding. They accept all ages and abilities. They provide a wealth of knowledge and skills and are willing to help you along your journey. They support the local communities, provide demonstrations to the local youth in school settings, host rock and gem shows, host rock hounding trips and activities. and much more. So, if you are truly interested, join and support your local club.
