Recipe:

    • 1. Roasting Edible Gum (Dink): - Heat a pan and add the edible gum. Roast it on low heat until it puffs up and turns crispy. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.

    • 2.Roasting Whole Wheat Flour: - In the same pan, add whole wheat flour and ghee. Roast it on low heat until it turns golden brown and you can smell a nutty aroma. Make sure not to burn it. .

      • 3. Mixing Ingredients: - In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted edible gum, roasted wheat flour, powdered jaggery (or sugar), chopped nuts, cardamom powder, and nutmeg (if using). Mix everything thoroughly. .
